Who this is for
Founders, parents, people mid-career change, people who look fine from the outside. If your health keeps landing at the bottom of the list, this is for you.
Your calendar is full, your coffee is doing a lot of work, and “I’ll sort my health out when things calm down” has been true for a while. We find the few habits that actually move your energy.
Energy that swings across the month, food that confuses more than it fuels. We get curious about the patterns instead of fighting them.
Information isn’t your problem. Follow-through is. Coaching is where the plan meets your actual week.
What we look at
Functional medicine looks at the whole system, so a sleep problem might start with stress, and low energy might start on your plate. Tap the ones that feel off right now, and I’ll add them to your form.
How it works
A few questions about where you are now and what you want to change. Share only what you’re comfortable with.
Pick a time that suits you. We talk through your answers and see whether coaching is right for you right now.
A 45-minute first session where we map where you are and set your first goals. Then two 30-minute follow-ups to check what’s working, adjust what isn’t, and set your next step.
About me
“I don’t want to hand you a perfect plan. I want to help you build one you’ll still be living in six months.”
I came to coaching through my own health journey and studying naturopathic nutrition at the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) in London. Now I’m training formally with the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy.
My own days are simple: no phone before bed, protein at breakfast, matcha most days and a good coffee when I fancy one, movement and time outside every day. None of it is extreme. All of it is consistent. That’s what I help clients find.
Practice clients get my full attention and honest feedback. In return, I’ll ask for yours.
Questions
Health advice is everywhere. What’s rare is help that fits your actual life, and someone in your corner while you put it into practice.
A health coach combines health knowledge with proven behaviour-change methods. Most people don’t need more information. They need help turning it into habits that last. I bring the expertise. You bring what you know about your own life. Together we work out the changes that matter most for you, and adjust as you go.
You leave every session with clear next steps, and I’ll share practical guidance on food, sleep, movement and stress whenever it helps. The difference is how we get there: I ask what you already know and what’s realistic before I suggest anything. That’s why the changes stick when life gets busy.
Sessions use evidence-based coaching methods I’m trained in through FMCA. That might mean a quick self-assessment to see which areas of life feel strong and which need attention, mapping your health story over time, or simple goal-setting that turns “I should” into something you’ll actually do. We only use what’s useful for you.
FMCA’s Health Coach Certification Program is approved by the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC) and is the only coaching program developed in collaboration with the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM). When I graduate, I’ll be eligible to sit the national board exam to become a board-certified health and wellness coach.
A nutritionist or dietitian focuses on what you eat. Coaching looks at food alongside sleep, stress, movement and relationships, because they all affect each other. And it focuses on doing, not just knowing. If you need a clinical meal plan for a diagnosed condition, a dietitian is the right person, and coaching works well alongside one.
Therapy is licensed mental health treatment that can diagnose and treat. Coaching focuses on your health and daily habits, and on where you want to go from here. Many people do both, and they work well together. If something comes up that a therapist is better placed to help with, I’ll tell you and help you find one.
Sí, claro. I coach in both English and Spanish, so you can choose whichever feels most natural. Just pick your language on the form.
That’s fine. Keep working with your doctor on it. Coaching can help with the day-to-day habits around it, but I don’t diagnose, treat or change anything your doctor has advised.
I’m training with the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy and need real coaching hours to qualify. You get my full attention at no cost. In return, I ask for honest feedback after our sessions, and a short testimonial if it helped.
A free 15-minute discovery call first. If we go ahead, the package is one 45-minute session and two 30-minute follow-ups, all on video, plus small experiments between sessions that fit into your normal week. We agree the timing together.
Only I see them. They’re used to prepare for our call and are never shared without your permission.
